I have stood at the threshold more times than I can count.

Different countries. Different relationships. Industries, careers, identities.

Twenty-five years in global leadership: people and transformation roles across major organisations, including a period as Acting CEO.

I learned change from the outside in: how to lead it, manage it, resource it at scale.

I became obsessed with understanding how and why people change.

Then came the one that was different.

My marriage. My career. And finally, my identity itself. Everything I thought I knew about who I was came into question.

This wasn't another life transition to navigate. It was the kind that breaks you completely open.

I found myself in a liminal space between who I was and who I was becoming. Disorientating. At times genuinely brutal.

That's when I reached for the tools that had always worked. And found they didn't anymore.

This threshold didn't respond to force or yield to strategy.

What this kind of threshold needs is not more effort.

Not another framework or another round of insight that leaves you understanding your patterns without actually changing them.

It asks you to stop forcing. To stop performing. To let the version of you built from someone else's definition of success step aside, so the version that is actually yours can finally take up space.

It's an inside job. It always was.

This is not soft work. It is not quick.

But on the other side of it is a clarity and quality of aliveness that no external success ever produced.

My approach sits at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, somatic practice, and spiritual wisdom, grounded in formal training, lived experience of working with hundreds of people, and living through the kind of unravelling no qualification prepares you for.

It works with the body as much as the mind, because real change happens when the nervous system learns that a different way of being is safe.

What I offer is not a fix. It is a return to the self that existed before the performance, before the expectations, before you learned to make yourself more acceptable than you actually were.

I bring both the rigour and the humanity. The framework and the presence.

Because you deserve both.

The self you’re looking for hasn’t gone anywhere. It has just been waiting for you to stop running for long enough to let it catch up.

If you’re ready to stop managing, and start actually living, book a Clarity Conversation and let’s talk.

If you are at the threshold, I would be honoured to walk through it with you.
